How do I verify my batch?
Every vial carries a batch ID on the label. Enter it in the Verify section to pull the certificate of analysis: purity by HPLC, identity by mass spec, net content, release date. If a batch exists, its paper exists.
How are orders shipped?
Packaged and dispatched within 24 hours on business days, with tracking on every order. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded. Shipping is free over $150.
Where do you ship?
We ship to US domestic addresses only. At checkout you can enter a United States shipping address; we do not ship internationally at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer through our secure checkout. Cash App is accepted for local, in-person pickup only and is not available for online orders.
How should vials be stored?
Lyophilized vials should be kept sealed, dark, and cool; for long-term holding, keep the temperature at 20°C. Once a vial leaves our chain, storage conditions are the researcher's responsibility.
What is your replacement policy?
If a vial arrives damaged, mislabeled, or out of spec against its COA, we replace it. Full stop. Because of the nature of research compounds, we don't accept open-vial returns.
