1. Research Purposes Only
All products offered by DRAGNZ PEPS are research chemicals supplied solely for legitimate scientific research and laboratory experimentation by appropriately trained and qualified individuals and institutions. They are sold on the express condition that they will be handled and used only in a controlled research setting and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety practices.
2. Not for Human or Animal Use

3. Buyer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and acknowledge that:

- you are acquiring the products solely for lawful research use and not for human or animal consumption or any clinical use;
- you are qualified, trained, and equipped to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely;
- you are responsible for confirming that each product is lawful to purchase, possess, and use in your specific state and locality, and you acknowledge that some compounds may be restricted in certain jurisdictions; and
- you will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, rules, and safety standards in your handling and use of the products.
4. No Resale or Misuse
You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or relabel our products, and you may not supply them to any person for human or animal use or for any purpose prohibited by this Policy or by law. You may not misrepresent the nature or intended use of the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to refuse service to any person, that we reasonably believe intends to use or distribute products in violation of this Policy.
5. Handling & Responsibility
Once products leave our custody, you assume full responsibility and risk for their safe handling, storage, use, and disposal. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your research is conducted lawfully and safely and for any consequences arising from your use or misuse of the products.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is" for research use only, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond conformance to their stated specifications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRAGNZ PEPS disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, damage, or legal consequence resulting from the handling, use, misuse, or distribution of any product in violation of this Policy or applicable law. Any use of a product outside of legitimate laboratory research is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
