This Privacy Policy explains how DRAGNZ PEPS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or place an order. By using the site, you agree to this Policy.

- Contact & order details: your name, email address, shipping address, and order number when you place an order or contact support.
- Support messages: the contents of any message you send us through the support or contact form.
- Payment information: card and billing details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; we receive only limited confirmation details (such as the last four digits, card brand, and payment status) needed to fulfill and account for your order.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs to operate and secure the site.
- Local storage: your cart contents and age-confirmation are stored in your browser's local storage on your device; we do not receive this unless you check out.
2. How We Use Information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to take payment via Stripe.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate about your orders.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
This site uses minimal, functional browser storage. Local storage keeps your cart and age confirmation on your device. Our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies necessary to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may reset your cart.
4. Third-Party Services
- Stripe processes payments. Information you submit at checkout is handled under Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards (PCI-DSS). We recommend reviewing Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com.
- Shipping carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver your order.
- Email/hosting providers process support messages and operate the site on our behalf.
These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
5. Payments & Fraud Prevention
Card payments are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. To process payments and protect against fraud, Stripe may collect and analyze technical and transaction details (such as device, IP, and payment metadata) under its own privacy policy. We use only the limited confirmation details Stripe returns to fulfill and account for your order.
6. Data Retention
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize them.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your personal information, where we are not required to retain it; and
- Object to or restrict certain processing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, and payment data is handled by Stripe under industry security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site and its products are intended only for qualified adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
